  • You must be the creator or collaborator of an innovative product or methodology related to or interacting with the nervous system.
  • Abstracts must be submitted online via this form.
  • Only one application can be submitted per presenter, which must be in clear English.
  • The abstract should detail the product and its innovative potential for the brain and/or brain community.
  • Once submitted, the Brain Innovation Days team will get back to you with to confirm if your application has been accepted. If you have any questions, please contact the team at info@braininnovationdays.eu. 
  • If accepted, the exhibitor is expected to register, pay the 250€ Innovator fee and attend the Brain Innovation Days in person, as well as present their product on stage during the main programme. You will receive a specific registration link for the Innovation Hall. 
  • The abstract should detail the product and its innovative potential for the brain and/or brain community.
  •  We encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Abstract acceptance notifications will be sent on a rolling basis. 

Innovation Showcases:

  • Please note that you will be provided a high table and chair. If you need any additional materials (e.g. screen, extra chairs, etc.) you may bring these yourself or order at an additional cost through the venue – please contact the Brain Innovation Days team to let us know your needs as soon as possible after your acceptance: info@braininnovationdays.eu
  • Tables will be preassigned for each innovation showcase by the title of the submission.
